Most of Harbin restaurant smoking, althought the paper write no smoking on the wall, but most drinking customers do not follow the rules, the people work in restaurant, they jus keep quite, let smoking there, but good resturant no smoking, the waiter ask customer not to smoking in restaurant, sometimes I go to resaturan with my kid, when i saw smoking, most time i leave smoking restaurant to find no smoking restaurant, i dont other coutries what kind of situation about smoking, i hate to smoking when to eat, or siting in the car

some chinese people are  rude ,they do not follow the rules, do what you they want,  some people also talking loudly, if drunk,  it is worse, when you see drunk man or woman just leave them alone, dont close them and talk to them, keep distant.
