Recenly I read chinese news in Harbin, one Thailand people, He take a taxi from Harbin Taipin Airport to Harbin city, the taxi meter read the price is 768 RMB, He is smart, and trust china goverment, he called police, what I want say, usually if you take a real  taxi from airport to city will cost around 120-200 depend where will you go and your taxi car level, if you first time come to china, and you are alone, you are better have a private car book before, but will pay more than taxi, but you will feel safe, you dont need worried where the driver will take you go , becuase usually some who do internation business, they are a knowledge person and responsible person, when you back from Harbin to airport, you can book taxi from hotel, or get taxi from road will be easy, cost is usually price.
